PICK UP IN STORE


Everyone deserves to have their little piece of love!

The in-store pickup option provides the ease of browsing and shopping online, paying for the items online, and then picking up your items in the store.

1. In the checkout process, select the in-store pickup option from the shipping menu.

2. You are given the option of using credit card or PayPal to complete your transaction.

3. Make sure to walk with your ID when you pick up your little piece of love!

4. If you wish to authorize a family member/friend to pick up your items in the store on your behalf, please include a note with your order with the authorized person's name. Please ensure the authorized person brings a picture ID to the store for identification.

HOW DO I MEASURE MY WRIST?


To measure your wrist correctly, wrap an ordinary piece of paper or cloth comfortably around your wrist bone. Mark the point where the edges meet. This measurement (in inches) is your wrist size. Once you have this measurement, please add 1/4 an inch to that number to get the proper fit for you.

    BRACELET UPGRADES


    It’s a popular Crucian tradition to purchase our Crucian Knot bracelets for babies and children. As they grow, you can upgrade the wrist size of a Crucian Knot bracelet for 20% of the bracelet’s current retail price. You can upgrade the width of the bracelet band by paying the difference between the retail price of your bracelet and the new size bracelet. This price would also cover an upgrade in wrist size.

      What is the Crucian Gold Store?

      Crucian Gold is the studio and showcase of the artists and metalsmiths of the Bishop family, all born and raised on St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. Brian (father), Nathan and Ben (sons) create unique, handmade jewelry designs.


      Where is the store located?

      Visit Crucian Gold Store on the corner of Strand Street and King Cross Street in Christiansted, just a few steps from the public Government parking lot.


      What kind of jewelry can I find at Crucian Gold?

      Crucian Gold hand-makes all of their unique designs of earrings, bracelets, rings, pendants, necklaces and other specialty jewelry items. Crucian Gold works in 14k yellow gold, sterling silver, and solid copper. Get in touch with us here!


      How do I measure my wrist?

      What is Crucian Gold’s guarantee?

      We guarantee all of our jewelry to be free of defects in workmanship and to be able to withstand the use for which it was intended.

      If ever a piece of Crucian Gold Jewelry should fail to meet this standard, we will be glad to repair it at any time. If a piece is being mailed to us for repair, we do require the customer to pay for the shipping each direction. If your piece of jewelry was damaged in extraordinary circumstances, or due to accident, misuse, improper care, or neglect, there may be a small charge depending on the damage.

      We also guarantee the fit. If a bracelet or ring does not fit perfectly, we will gladly size it for you free of charge. The customer would still be responsible for any mailing charges. We will ask the customer to get an accurate measurement of their wrist or finger.

      How can I purchase Crucian Gold items?

      Shopping online at CrucianGold.com is very simple. Place the desired items in your shopping cart and then go to checkout to pay for the items using a credit card or PayPal on our secure server.


      What payment methods do you accept?

      CrucianGold.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal payments for all online purchases. If you do not feel secure entering your credit card information online, you can order with one of our friendly staff members over the phone.       What are my shipping options?

      CrucianGold.com ships to street addresses (all shipping methods), P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses, all US territories as well as international addresses. Please note that not all shipping methods are available on all orders — shipping method is determined based on location.

      U.S. citizens are each allowed $1,600 duty-free, but locally made goods, such as artwork and hand-wrought jewelry, are exempt and don’t even count towards your $1,600.00. The applicable charges are as follows:

      USPS Priority Mail: $18 (5-7 business days)
      USPS Express Mail: $38 (2-4 business days)
      FedEx International Mail: $85.00 (shipping time determined by carrier)

       

      How long will it take to get my order?

      Once your order is received at CrucianGold.com, it is normally processed within 2 to 3 working days. All mail is insured and sent with delivery confirmation. Priority Mail takes approximately 5-7 business days and Express Mail takes approximately 2-4 business days.


      How do I modify, return or cancel my order?

      If you are having a problem with your order please don’t hesitate to contact us at feelthelove@cruciangold.com or call us at 340-244-2996. Orders can be canceled within 24 hrs with no problem. Please contact us as soon as possible for cancellations, as we try to process and package orders as soon as we receive them.

      RETURNS


      Returns

      Make sure you have the right fit! Up to 30 days after purchase, you can exchange any new, unworn, re-sellable Crucian Gold items for other items of equal or lesser value and/or store credit. This includes exchanging a bracelet for a different wrist size.

      To exchange an item, mail it to Crucian Gold at the address listed below, using an insured and trackable mailing service. Include in the package a note with your name, email, contact number, return mailing address, and details on the requested exchange (i.e. new size needed). Please note: The customer would be responsible for any mailing charges.

      What sort of guarantee do I get?

      If for any reason*, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Crucian Gold, please return the purchased item. We will gladly replace the merchandise, or if you prefer, issue a store credit.


      Incomplete or damaged items

      Before unpacking our products please check out our invoice so you can verify they are what you ordered. Email your request to feelthelove@cruciangold.com, specifying your purchase number ID and the reason for your request. Any refused items must be returned fully intact and in perfect condition, complete with their packaging and all documentation sent by Cruciangold.com.

      Upon careful inspection of the package, we will contact you to follow up with replacement, repair, credit or refund of the item(s). We regret that delivery costs (forwarding and restitution) however cannot be paid nor refunded.

      *Crucian Gold does not guarantee against chemical or chlorine damage or buyers regret.

      REPAIR & REPLACEMENT


      We proudly guarantee our work 100%. We will repair or replace any of our items that have broken due to our workmanship, free of charge. This excludes items damaged from misuse, wear-and-tear, chlorine exposure or an accident. The most common breakages we see occur at weakened stress points on bracelets due to exposure to chlorine and chlorinated products, such as cleaning products, hair styling products, swimming pools and jacuzzis. To repair such items, we charge 20% of the retail price. In any case, we must examine the item to accurately determine the type of damage. Our timeless creations are of superior quality and can be enjoyed for a lifetime

       

      WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED OR DELAYED

      We do our best to process and prepare your order quickly. Since all items are handmade, we typically need 24 hours for processing to ensure quality and availability.

      However, there are a few reasons your order may be canceled or delayed:

      Payment Issues: The payment didn’t go through or was declined.

      Address Problems: The shipping address couldn’t be verified.

      Order Verification: Additional verification couldn’t be completed.

      Fraud Detection: The order was flagged for potential fraud.

      Pricing Errors: An incorrect price was listed for the item.

      Payment Processing Delays: Some payments take extra time to verify. Once verified, your order will be shipped.

      Handcrafted Item: The item needs to be handmade, which may require additional preparation time.

      Additional Details Needed: We may need to clarify any special requests.
